Yes — I offer online sessions via Zoom for clients worldwide, as well as a limited number of in-person sessions in London (London Bridge, Surbiton, and Kingston).
You’re welcome to choose what feels safest and most convenient for you. We can also combine both options if that works best for your lifestyle or comfort level.

It’s completely normal to feel unsure, hesitant, or even nervous about starting therapy.

That’s why I offer an initial consultation — a gentle, no-pressure space where you can ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and share whatever you’re comfortable with.
