I’m a BACP-Registered Counsellor, Self-Esteem Specialist, Certified Mother-Daughter Relationship Therapist, and Breakup Recovery Coach. I offer therapy for women both online and in-person in Southwest London — mainly in London Bridge and Surbiton — in English and Mandarin 中文.
I work with women who feel stuck in cycles of low self-worth, challenging mother-daughter relationships and painful breakups— women who want to stop doubting themselves and start living with confidence, self-trust and emotional resilience.
My approach is grounded in compassion, structure, and deep cultural sensitivity. With over eight years of experience and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling, I’ve supported hundreds of women in transforming insecurity, self-doubt, and relational trauma — from both family and intimate relationships — into post-traumatic growth, inner resilience, and lasting self-worth.
